PHP获取IP归属地所在地信息(使用qqwry.dat纯真IP数据库)
提供一份使用本地IP数据库查询访客IP信息的PHP程序，使用纯真IP数据库QQwry.dat，查询速度很快，QQwry自己搜索下载放到和本文件同级目录下
